Confetti does NOT line the balloon all pretty like in the photos; it sits at the bottom in a pile. BUT I HAVE A TIP: once you inflate the confetti balloons, use a plant mister to spray a SMALL amount of water inside. Then shake the balloon and the paper will stick to the sides of the balloon... for a little bit.
