Got to paint our own house numbersIt takes acrylic paint well. I used acrylic crackle paint. It turned out nice. I would have given 5 starts but the wood was a little thinner than I had expected. It would have been easier to put a hanger on the back and looked a little better on the wall if it had been a bit thicker.This was a great buy. I needed large address numbers. I have painted this with several coats of exterior paint. I am not sure how long they will last. But so far so goodI bought this to use as a prop in my son’s 2 year photos. I painted it and off we went. It looked great and was a good size. I plan to use it as a wall decoration in his room now that I’m done with the pictures.The quality was great I am painting theses numbers for my elderly neighbor so the these new numbers will be seen by people easily from the street.
